Installation and selection considerations

Apple home key or Samsung digital key requires a compatible phone, a Matter-capable Nuki lock and the corresponding ecosystem hub. App mode is for fourth- or fifth-generation Nuki locks and NFC-equipped phones, without an additional hub.

Limitations

  • This is a companion input device and cannot drive a mechanical bolt independently; IP54 does not mean submersible.
