Installation and system compatibility
A nearby frame can restrict actuator placement on an outward-opening door, so measure the 40 mm clearance with the door closed. GO2 and the dedicated Z-Wave version cannot be interchanged based on appearance: the ordinary GO2 page lists Matter over Thread and Tedee Bridge options. Select for the actual smart-home platform before purchasing.
Limitations
- The Euro-profile cylinder must have an emergency function. 8 months is the manufacturer's maximum battery-life description, not a guaranteed duration for every door.
