Selecting construction and installation dimensions
This row of 46878 has a fixed backset of 25 mm. Check the distance from the door-edge faceplate reference to the cylinder centre axis; overall case depth cannot substitute for it. The top-and-bottom locking construction uses quick-connect bushings; check the quick-connect interface when selecting extension rods.
The installation construction of Security-shutter leaf must match Upper and lower locking points. Additional locking points use quick-connect bushings; both accessory interfaces and installation positions must match.
The handle-to-cylinder centre distance is 85 mm; this and the 25 mm backset are installation dimensions in different directions. Check cylinder length and trim on both sides separately for the actual door.
