Selecting construction and installation dimensions
This row of 56016 has a fixed backset of 70 mm. Check the distance from the door-edge faceplate reference to the cylinder centre axis; overall case depth cannot substitute for it. Case height 82 mm, prepared for additional locking points and fitted with M8 threaded bushings.
Check case height and backset separately; 82 mm is neither cylinder length nor door thickness. Select extension rods and floor strikes for additional locking points as required.
The cylinder for this series is purchased separately; check thickness on both door sides, escutcheons and the cylinder fixing method.
