Functions and applications

Mortise Touch is a lever smart mortise model combining fingerprint, PIN, Bluetooth, RFID and mechanical key access. Interior and exterior assembly heights are approximately 376.6 mm and 373 mm respectively, requiring a substantial clear mounting area on the door.

Installation and compatibility checks

Map the assembly dimensions including levers onto the door face, checking the peephole, decorative strips and frame clearance. For mortise dimensions and door thickness ranges absent from the specification page, consult the corresponding template rather than borrowing another Mortise model's values.

Selection comparison

Unlike Mortise 2+ with 100 RFID credentials, Touch lists 99 and uses 4 AA batteries. When managing existing cards, remember that only manufacturer-specified cards or tags are compatible.

Limitations

• Use only officially supplied RFID cards and tags. Sheltered installation is recommended; the model name does not establish compatibility with old mortise holes.
