Functions and applications

Padlock Lite manages personal belongings through fingerprints and digital keys, with a 6 mm shackle and capacity for 10 fingerprints. It suits small cabinets and similar uses; IP66 alone does not establish suitability for prolonged outdoor exposure.

Installation and compatibility checks

The 20 × 18 mm internal shackle clearance is compact. Measure overlapping cabinet tabs or chain links before purchase, and leave room for fingerprint access and USB-C charging.

Selection comparison

Unlike the PIN-keypad Padlock 2, Lite uses fingerprints or digital keys. For temporary access by multiple users, first confirm whether Bluetooth keys suit the visitors.

Limitations

• The official specification explicitly states indoor use only and no exposure to wet weather. Operating temperature is -10°C to 40°C.
