Backset, centre distance and faceplate

This model's horizontal backset is 45 mm, and the vertical handle-to-cylinder operating centre distance is 85 mm. Check the two dimensions separately. Door thickness cannot replace backset, and versions with 85 mm and 92 mm centre distances cannot be interchanged directly.

2300 mm is the long faceplate length, not a guarantee of compatible door height. The flat faceplate has a width of 24 mm and thickness of 3 mm; check the door-edge mortice.

Locking construction and operation

The main lock and both ends use sliding deadbolts. Confirm the depth and position of all three keeps; do not copy the hook-bolt version's keep arrangement without checking.

The mechanical version's latch can be replaced with a roller or blanking piece. The matching electric strike is a separately ordered accessory and does not mean the main lock itself already has electric drive.

The catalogue provides a cam stop device for when no cylinder is installed; assemble and test according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Limitations

  • Check the positions of the main lock and upper/lower auxiliary locks against the complete catalogue drawing and frame keeps; faceplate length alone does not establish compatibility.
  • This page does not infer fire, escape or local security grades; check installation documents for the electric version's supply and access-control connections.
