Backset, centre distance and faceplate
This model's horizontal backset is 30 mm, and the vertical handle-to-cylinder operating centre distance is 85 mm. Check the two dimensions separately. Door thickness cannot replace backset, and versions with 85 mm and 92 mm centre distances cannot be interchanged directly.
2300 mm is the long faceplate length, not a guarantee of compatible door height. The third dimension of the U-shaped section 5 mm must be checked as a channel profile, not treated as steel-sheet thickness.
Locking construction and operation
The main lock and both ends use sliding deadbolts. Confirm the depth and position of all three keeps; do not copy the hook-bolt version's keep arrangement without checking.
Electrical specifications are 12 V AC/DC, 860 mA and 10 W; power distribution design must follow the complete installation instructions. Use the faceplate hold-open lever according to the door's management requirements.
The catalogue provides a cam stop device for when no cylinder is installed; assemble and test according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Limitations
- Check the positions of the main lock and upper/lower auxiliary locks against the complete catalogue drawing and frame keeps; faceplate length alone does not establish compatibility.
- This page does not infer fire, escape or local security grades; check installation documents for the electric version's supply and access-control connections.
