This order code corresponds to Rim mounted of Escape operation from inside configuration. Adjacent bolt centre distance 28 mm, Catalogue projection 3 mm; 28 mm is the distance between adjacent bolt axes, not the handle-to-cylinder centre distance. When replacing the original lock, check each frame bolt hole, fixing point and mounting clearance.

Pressing the inside bar or turning the handle retracts the latch and deadbolts; outside operation is by key. This is a mechanical Panic 4RM and does not provide the remote drive functions of a motorised lock.

Rim mounting must match the inside door mounting surface. Matching centre distance alone does not establish interchangeability with the original lock. Escape applications also require checking the complete door, bar or handle, and permitted configuration. The lock-case name alone does not establish door-set compliance.
